Rendering Placements for Students while at campus has become the most pivotal requisite for any modern day educational institutions these days. Placement cells at a college, through several activities and efforts, bring out the metamorphosis of fresh talent into market-ready skilled professionals. A well-established placement cell at SICA has been set up with a unidirectional focus of offering aspirants a robust framework towards a rewarding professional career. It sensitizes students towards industry-specific skills and help them to evolve. We contribute manifold to live up to their commitment of bringing about holistic growth of the college-goers. The Placement Cell works on the following aspects-

- The Placement Cell initiated ‘Career Aspirations Survey’ for every outgoing batch
- Expert talks on career options
- Counsel the students for the right career choice.

- Hands- on- training of CV writing, Mock interviews and Group Discussions
- SWOT Analysis for candidates
- Networking:
Encouraging students to network with alumni, industry professionals, and
potential employers to expand their professional network and increase
their chances of finding employment. We organise regular workshops, seminars and expert sessions and conclaves to help students stay–up to date.
HR Conclave
HR Conclave provides an opportunity to students to learn from experts in the field, take part in panel discussions on the key issues. The HR Conclave opens up a wide avenue of insightfulness and well–directed exploration in the area of HR. In fact it has now become one of the key instruments to deliver a professional and versed chain of thoughts in the corporate world.
SICA College takes on the plunge to deliver on a similar responsibility to organize the HR Conclave on October 12th, 2023. The event brought together eminent and thoughtful professionals from the Industry on a single platform where they shared their opinions, life experiences and knowledge pertaining to the evolution of Human Resource Management in the organizations.
Through this conclave we brought to the students and the HR enthusiasts a lineup of professionals who have shared their insights on “Emerging Trends in HR Domain”. The delegates from TCS, Yash Technology, Eicher Motors and Escalon Services guided the students.

Pre-Placement Workshop
- Workshops and conferences hold great importance of life of a student. They are platforms not only to learn new aspects, others perspectives and latest information, but also a good way of networking.
- The Placement cell at SICA College conducts pre-placement training sessions to prepare with required confidence and technical skills to help them excel in their respective fields.
- Every year a pre-placement workshop is organized to guide the students to face interviews and prepare their CVs in a professional manner.
We focus on grooming the students on aspects like Personality Grooming, CV Building,Interview Skills and mock sessions (one to one), Group Discussion, Aptitude Training
